Brackles, “Blo” MP3

August 02, 2010

London producer Brackles imbued "Blo" with a spry touch, really channeling some sort of funkified babbling brook through the kaleidoscope lens of next-level garage. It's the first song off Songs for Endless Cities V. 1—his first-ever official mix CD, which is crazy to think about considering he's been breaking off our brains and butt-pieces for the better part of a year now. It should be noted that in the press release for this song, Brackles described the term "future garage" as "too limiting" for his music—a sentiment we've heard from plenty of other producers. So, to what end, Brackles? Post-garage? Apres-dubstep? Witch garage? Garagewave? WOTDOYOUCALLIT. Ha. It's just hype club music, we can live with that.
