Let's preface this song appropriately: apparently the story of a sucker ass rapper is supposed to be funny two years after it wasn't funny the first time. Sergio Myers is really a writer/director/lame who acted the role of a guy who decides to rap full-time, but drapes himself in a walking white-rapper stereotype named Pony Boi. The synopsis for his movie Becoming Pony Boi via Amazon compares it to Sacha Baron Cohen's Borat character and Woody Allen, whatever that means. "Tell Em," whether it's old or new is just a bad joke. Was Jimmy Cozier in on this poor excuse for a post on Funny or Die? Cozier, who was one of the first artists on J Records with Alicia Keys and Olivia has been off the grid—his last album produced by Beres Hammond was more reggae/lovers rock, a chance for Cozier to step outside the R&B box. Having worked with credible rappers from Fabolous to Duo Live, Cozier's collab is so weird the monsters on Yo Gabba Gabba would have rhymed better than Myers' wackness.
