Well, isn’t this just the most serene piece of dream pop you’ve heard all day? “Black Girls in Dresses” is the latest from Brooklyn’s (The) Tony Castles, a slippery tumble through ‘80s synths and subtly-funked bass lines, all augmented by signer Paul Sicilian’s Ben Bridwell-infused vocal stylings. It’ll be on the trio’s No Service EP, due out September 21 on Famous Class Records, but we’ve got an exclusive glimpse of it here.
