EDIT: JOKER SIGNED A PUBLISHING DEAL Not even sure what exactly that means in the scheme of things, but CONGRATULATIONS to Joker for getting a major label deal. It is insanely well deserved. Here’s a mix he did recently for Mary Anne Hobbs at some ridiculous hour. No tracklist, but if you are into Joker than you know the deal. Smoothed out dubstep meshing seamlessly with vintage g-funk updated with modern sounds. When Dr Dre started talking about his instrumental album about the solar system, we imagined Joker’s music. Maybe Joker should actually make that album instead of Dre.

Joker is a great example of the word, “Eccentric” as well as “Eclectic” when listening to his music. It seems like it would catch you off guard, but it actually works well together. Awesomely executed.
