You also apparently have a fixation on forbidden love/friend tension. “What If I Kissed You,” a reference track written for another R&B singer (Lloyd? Bieber?), is the G-rated version of “Unthinkable”—dude toned down the implied sex vibes he gave to Alicia Keys and cooed a tune 13-year-old girls will sing in their minds the first time they ever go to the movies with a boy and want a smooch. Total DeGrassi material, with Stargate on wistful beats. Hopefully he wrote this about Nicki Minaj.

There are few songs Drake makes that I can’t relate to, this is one of the many I can relate to. I think I feel the lyrics and melody of the song versus the synth effect (that seems to be more of a distraction) that accompanies the song.
Overall, due to the lyrics, I’d “iPod it”…just wouldn’t get as many spins as others.
