North Face Purple Label Shows Its Roots

December 01, 2010

The North Face Purple Label is an offshoot that's allowed the fairly staid outerwear company to try more experimental things. This year, though, instead of stark-white futuristic minimalism and early '90s florals, they've chosen the simple aesthetic of classic North Face that we remember from our younger years, earthy browns, reds, and oranges that our moms and dads would wrap us up in for winter trips. The clothes aren't breaking any aesthetic barriers, but sometimes, in December, we'd rather just be comfortable. Check out more looks after the jump. (via SlamXHype)
