Video: Cee Lo Green, "Bodies"

The “Bodies” video features an increasingly out-there Cee Lo Green as the One Heel Killa, sexing models for shoes and getting stabbed by a Karl Lagerfeld for H&M switchblade. It’s shot like they switched the South Park construction paper for glossy cardstock, the computer-camera twisting over impossible Basquiat set pieces and monkeys playing the bass. When Cee Lo gets his due, Janelle Monae is to blame: she’s the one that locked Bilal in the basement, that drowned Common in chocolate. Reggie B is involved somehow? It’s confusing and we’re trying to make a sense of it. We clicked on a YouTube and a new world opened up.
