On his Facebook page, Boise, Idaho's Youth Lagoon lists his bio as "working on a record." Judging by the three songs he's released over the last month, seems like it's going to be a great one. "Montana" starts on his grandma's piano in the attic, or so it sounds, gradually building into a loner's anthem of tambourine, guitar and ringing synths. It's easy to picture him stomping around up there, shaking all the painting off the dining room walls. The Year of Hibernation comes out July 5th on Juno Beach.
