Soulja Boy drops another new mixtape, making his output levels somewhat ridiculous. Obviously with such a fiendish production rate, we're going to often get quantity over quality, but there are always the gems. With his 21 EP, that is "My City," an Auto-Tuned lazy rap over a beat fit for playing out of a hovercraft. There's also "I'm Winning," which is beyond triumphant, replete with disco strings. Play this after you finish a marathon. These two tracks, along with the best moments of (the just two weeks old) Bernard Arnault EP, make a great, tidy collection.
