The Inoue Brothers Collaborate With Sasquatchfabrix

September 16, 2011

The Inoue Brothers are famous for a cross-culturalism that's so influential to their knitwear that they felt compelled to gave it a name: "Scandinasian." The designers were born and raised in Copenhagen but are of Japanese descent, constantly playing on the traditions of both, and their collaboration with Tokyo's Sasquatchfabrix is a beautiful venue for their expression. A snowy white coat is thick but drapes like a kimono, and scarves wrap in the most regal way. Wherever they are from, we hope they'll end up in our closet. (via Selectism)
