Haven’t been so riveted to a black and white rap video in ages. Mr. Muthafuckin eXquire sets the bar higher and higher, though/maybe because the man’s incapable of appearing on film without booties. So much stuff happens here: Despot throws Lucky Charms around, which is a pretty funny thing to do; a non-rapping Killer Mike looks down the barrel of his own AK; Danny Brown is backed by a man-sized Blunt Master. Favorite line goes to Heems from Das Racist‘s self deprecation—The worst rapper on the track/ third coolest—but our rankings change every time we hit reload, which is every time it finishes. A Necro beat, a Kenan & Kel reference, everything we already mentioned—fucking ridiculous.
