Dana Lee Does a Faded Take on the Hawaiian

October 10, 2011

It seems like every designer in the universe did a Hawaiian shirt for next spring's collections, but New York-based Dana Lee’s version of the ubiquitous trend is the one you're going to want to buy. It's unassuming, all the college-y frat-boy swagger faded out of it until it's pure class, like something you could wear to a nice Florida dinner of shrimp cocktail with your grandpa. Lee is perfectly reserved all around: the rest of the collection is just as blanched, filled with muted reds and yellows that will fit into your wardrobe perfectly.
