A 2 Chainz/Jadakiss match-up is not the most initially obvious pairing we could think of, but the more we think about it, the more it makes total sense. Both dudes are experts at being overly clear, pronouncing every word carefully and with the kind of clinical emotionless emotion that lends a lot of weight to everything they say. The weeping string sample on this track probably helps with that, too.

Not that it disqualifies this song from being a good listen, but it’s worth mentioning that this same string sample was used, in what sounds like a slightly sped-up version, in G-Unit’s “Follow Me Gangsta.”
