A.P.C. Makes Quilts for Anthropologie

November 03, 2011

Endlessly-cool Parisian brand A.P.C. got into the quilting game last year, but their tiny capsule selection was limited in quantity and highly priced, just like their clothing. A year later, they're collaborating with American mass-retailer Anthropologie to let everyone into their hand-sewn magic. In the six options available, a few FADER editors noticed more than a passing resemblance to Gee's Bend and Denyse Schmidt quilts, but folks arts are supposed to be passed along to new generations, so if we can't make these ourselves, we'll celebrate these and their reasonable price points.
