Never would’ve guessed—circa 2009, downloading their self-titled, sparse, basically a cappella folk-trio debut—that the beautifully-voiced women of Mountain Man would be down to record a biggish synth track with fat drums, or that they’d sound so at home on one. But somehow Philadelphia’s CSLSX got them there, and we’re all better off for it.
