Syd the Kyd rampages through the blood-and-dust video for “Fastlane,” ironically one of the most comely, elegant tracks on The Internet’s debut LP, Purple Naked Ladies. Her berserk outing with her passenger/outlaw/lover serves as the prequel to the equally antisocial “Cocaine” video, in which Syd drugs and ditches the girl at a carnival.
