Kindness aka Adam Bainbridge released his Replacements
cover "Swingin' Party" with the B-side “Gee Up” on Moshi Moshi. Then no one heard a peep from him until
“Cyan” in 2011. This video revives the former flipside and features one minute and 47 seconds of the singer wearing a blanket, hiding behind his hair and getting loose-limbed and tactile. The remainder of the Kindness-directed effort is more skit than promo. It’s wry and cute and includes an entertainingly irate French creative. Plus Kindness reiterates the importance of being able to laugh at yourself. His debut album,
World, You Need a Change of Mind, is out March 19th via Female Energy/
