Brooklyn Bound: An Exclusive Download From Frankie Rose’s Converse Rubber Tracks Performance

There’s a great American tradition of New York being a welcoming port and FADER teamed up with Converse’s new Rubber Tracks studio in Brooklyn to further it. Once a month, we’ll be welcoming touring artists to the neighborhood with a visit to a local Brooklyn institution, as well as making time for an intimate performance. Catch that exclusive show, interview and MP3s right here.

You don’t get to see Frankie Rose swimming in the video for “Night Swim,” but we’d argue that the clip doesn’t suffer for it. Rose though, onstage or in casual conversation is a delight, wholesomely contented to be making a living by way of her own mettle. Listening to the flawless rendition of “Night Swim” live, you can feel the peace of someone who knows her music as well as she knows herself as they are, of course, one in the same. Check out Emily Berl’s photos from our day with Rose and download her live rednition of “Night Swim” below.
