Trend Report: Graphic Tees

June 19, 2012

We're always peeking at London Fashion Week for a hint of what's going to be all over our wardrobe in about six months, and though there were plenty of wilder trends we noticed on the runways this weekend, we also saw a fair share of humble graphic tees that reminded us of simple beginnings in the skate and surf world. Of course, Raf Simons loved the basic graphic T-shirt back in the late '90s and he seems to be as much a primary influence here as OG California skate brands, mixing punk with high fashion in the most casual of way. Check out Topman and Sibling above, plus some other great examples in both athletic styles and some verging on geeky.
