Strong Arm Steady are an LA-based trio of rappers who first got together in the late ’90s. They hustled mixtapes in the early 2000s and got some label attention that waned after Xzibit’s 2006 departure from the group. Remaining members Phil The Agony, Krondon and Mitchy Slick (who recorded this West Coast classic) collaborated with Statik Selektah on “Premium.” The track has a whirling beat that is nicely matched by the kaleidoscopic visual above.
