First Look: Clare Rojas for Incase

August 03, 2012

Incase, purveyors of well-designed protective gear, have tapped San Francisco-based artist and musician Clare Rojas to create a capsule collection. Known for her densely-colorful paintings, her use of geometric forms and her illustrated book of wives tales, Rojas transposed her signature melange of Latin, Native American and Quaker arts into secure casings for iPads, MacBooks, backpacks and iPhone cases. In addition to the collection, Incase has added Rojas' musical alter ego Peggy Honeywell to the roster of musicians that perform in a special live studio space they've built, Room 205. Honeywell debuted her latest video "Miss Communication" with a warmly-toned set that echoes the palette of the Incase collection. Check out the clip below. The Clare Rojas for Incase collection hits stores August 6th.
