Woods’ low-key "Cali in a Cup," directed by Adarsha Benjamin, makes a good case for the unambitious, pretty music video. This is really just Woods traveling around the country, playing shows and going to the beach, but what else do you want to watch, really? Woods are great at smuggling dark lyrics into pretty songs, and this video certainly sits at the pretty end of the spectrum. It'll make you wish you were in a band like Woods. It'll probably also make you wish you could pull off wearing a straw hat while living on the west coast somewhere out of the way in the hills.
