Video: Nas, “Hate Me Now” and Matt & Kim, “Cameras” (Live at vitaminwater uncapped)

September 14, 2012

The luxurious architecture of Detroit's Masonic temple would have made a great location for Nas to recreate the decadence of his seminal "Hate Me Now" video, but Diddy was busy gargling champagne somewhere else and it was far too warm for a mink coat. Instead we get Diddy's voice booming from the speakers like the jiggy Wizard of Oz and Nas proving that you're never too old to turn all the way up. Before Nas' set though, Matt & Kim set the pace for things to come with "Cameras," which contained a lively interpretation of Ludacris' "Move Bitch." As the videos above and below verify, Detroit's vitaminwater uncapped show was not for play. There's still one last uncapped show coming up, in New York City, so get yourself on that mailing list if you're in the area.
