VIA, the six-day festival for new music, interactive art and experimental technology, returns to Pittsburgh for a third year this week. The lineup’s a doozy, featuring FADER favorites like Le1f, Julia Holter, Laurel Halo, Gatekeeper, Andy Stott and Ital. Events start today with a boat tour and continue at venues across town through Saturday.
