We always like to know what some of our favorite artists carry in their purses (and man-purses)—the essential items that they need for touring or subway rides, the Grammys or any other thing that they might be doing these days, which is why we’ve made it a regular column on the site.
Juicy J, the 20-year rap industry veteran, former reality show subject and Oscar-winning songwriter, stopped by FADER offices on a recent trip to the city. He talked about how major label's have changed over the last decade (stay tuned for an interview, coming soon) and dumped the minimal contents of his Louis Vuitton backpack: a neatly banded stack of bills, soft bristle brush, scarf and beanie set from a recent shopping trip in DC and a couple magnum condoms (but not this many).
