Lil Wayne Hospitalized After "Seizure-Like Symptoms"

Update 10/26/12: TMZ reports that Lil Wayne was hospitalized for a second time today, after beginning to convulse on a flight from Texas to LA. The plane landed in Louisiana, where he was treated. He is allegedly to be released soon.

Update 10/26/12: According to Lil Wayne's management, Wayne did not have a seizure and is not currently hospitalized. In a statement issued via email they wrote:

Lil Wayne was successfully released from the hospital after being treated for a severe migraine and dehydration. He is at home on doctor mandated rest and will return to work soon. He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love.

Lil Wayne was transported to a hospital in Texas last night after his private jet made an emergency landing when Wayne experienced "seizure-like symptoms." (Rick Ross had a similar in-flight scare a year ago.) Wayne reportedly spent a couple hours at the hospital, and an anonymous source tells TMZ he's now "doing better." YMCMB-affiliated blogger Karen Civil also reports he's in good health:
