We met up with Miguel for his FADER #83 cover shoot at photographer Gabriele Stabile's sun-drenched Chinatown studio. Miguel told us he was a bit nervous, but he seemed calm and picture-ready with a bright smile and perfectly-smoothed hair. We walked around Chinatown, stopping for some shots in a soccer field where Miguel said he felt at home. He grew up playing soccer and couldn't help but join in on some casual ball passing.
