Video: Hurts, "Miracle"

Debonair-goth Manchester duo Hurts have apparently traded the synths from their fantastic 2010 Happiness LP for electric guitars, which blaze, scream and growl on "Miracle," the first single from their sophomore album, Exile, out March 11th. It's intriguing and actually pretty perplexing how alt-rock this is—or maybe something else: someone in the YouTube comments likened it to the Norwegian black metal group Dimmu Borgir. Either way, and this is a great thing, Hurts' version of pop music feels very un-2013.
