"What I Like," taken from Charli XCX's upcoming LP True Romance, fires like a pacifier-sucking rave bullet. But it settles happily into a bedroom makeout groove, Charli mixing clever young sex talk with gooey romance laid-bare overtop, as pleased by her afternoon romp as the idea it may turn into "some husband and wife shit." J£ZUS MILLION, the guy who did Charli's "Cloud Aura" with Brooke Candy, produces. The True Romance LP drops April 16th via IAMSOUND. Charli XCX wrote or co-wrote all of the album's 13 songs; Ariel Rechtshaid (Major Lazer; Sky Ferreira; Justin Bieber), Blood Diamonds, and Patrik Berger (Icona Pop, Robyn) also co-wrote and/or produced tracks. Charli will tour the US in the coming months; see a full list of dates—solo and with Marina & The Diamonds—after the stream.
