Agi & Sam’s Football Frenzy for Topman

We get the sense that after years of being BFFs and designing award-winning menswear season after season, Agape Mdumulla and Sam Cotton are so tight and likeminded that they can basically finish each other’s sentences—and a new video for the London-based design duo’s new lower-priced line for Topman shows that this is true. In this quirky stop-motion clip, Agi and Sam walk us through a bit of their personal history while showing off their dramatic flair by modeling their new capsule collection, which was inspired by early ’90s UK football kits. Agi and Sam imagined a fake soccer squad dubbed the Owls and designed nylon jerseys, hyper-realistic print V-necks and all-over splotchy suiting, a sporty take on their signature wildness.
