LA's Le Youth has scored a remix of his cabana-soundtracking track "Cool" from New Jersey's beloved DJ Sliink, whose stuttering reworking of Le Youth's reworking of Cassie's vocals from "Me & U" starts to sound at 1:10 not like words so much as that famous club sample of bed springs squeaking. (Hopefully that made sense—Cassie forever, either way.) The C O O L (Remixes) EP, which oddly doesn't feature this one, comes out July 2nd and is up for preorder now.
