All weekend, many, many people were charged with the task of prepping Barclay's Center for the Brooklyn-branded extravaganza that was this year's MTV VMAs, but just a couple of neighborhoods away, there was also a pretty nice representation of BK in Ft. Greene's Commodore Barry Park for the two-day festival AFROPUNK. With performances by Le1f, Danny Brown, Trash Talk and MikeQ, it brought out a wide swath of Brooklynites, which we've rounded up here with some of our favorite on the streets.
