Video: Tory Lanez, “Hate Me on the Low”

2013′s got a great crop of guys—think TeeFLii, Ty Dolla $ign—making hardened, debauchorous R&B. As previously noted, Tory Lanez is among the best in that class. In August, he released an excellent, DJ Drama-backed and largely self-produced tape, Conflicts of My Soul. Download it below, and above, watch the new video for betrayal ballad “Hate Me on the Low.” Filmed in Miami, it features a gorgeous co-star and a blink-or-miss-it cameo by a “Women for Obama” sticker on someone’s laptop. Spoiler alert: the ending’s not a happy one.
