There's an ongoing flap about Lady Gaga and her longtime manager Troy Carter parting ways after the disappointing sales of the singer's ARTPOP album, but it looks like Carter has already moved on: Sky Ferreira announced in a Facebook post today that she would now be managed by Carter and his Atom Factory management company. "New year, new beginnings," she writes. Carter is credited with a number of the innovative promotional tools that Gaga's team used to make her a megastar, so this could mean big things for Ferreira.
