Stream: Coleco, “Black and Neon”

Cinematic trap is now a thing thanks to Bristol producer.

There are some tracks I listen to and think, 'Oh, nice.' There are others that make me want to dry heave. Then there are the ones that creep up from behind and do that bend-their-knees-into-yours thing: BAM, I'm on the floor and all the better for it. Bristol producer Coleco's "Black and Neon" is in the latter camp. It's a wily little thing – somewhere between trap and cinematic score – yet wholly satisfying. If you're feeling it, check Coleco's Spatial EP, which came out April 21 on his own label Inflect Audio. One to keep an ear on.
