FADER PREMIERE

A couple months back, we posted a pretty crafty-sounding, vocal club cut from 20-year-old South Florida producer Nick Léon. We still don't know very much about him—other than the fact that he works, or used to work, as a ticket usher for a cruise line—but we've got our hands on his equally infectious and consciously composed debut EP, Mexico, which is streaming below. Dude is releasing it under the moniker No Exit; not sure if that's a direct reference to the Jean-Paul Sartre play that concludes with the line "hell is other people," but his use of expressively distorted vocal samples, jazz fragments and bird sounds sure is pretty heavenly.

Stream: No Exit, Mexico
