Metro Boomin wants some more, indeed—he's produced the latest from Young Thug and Rich Kidz' Skooly, even though it won't be included on he and Thug's Metro Thuggin project. Still, "Every Morning" follows the blueprint of their previous collaboration "The Blanguage," which is to say, there are no rules whatsoever—Metro's production (with help from 808 Mafia's TM-88) teeters on the edge of nonsense, lurching and gurgling drunkenly but still sounding scary as shit. Skooly's geeked up, barking about his girls eating Checkers, but Thug's particularly on one, alternating from stoic, almost existential riddles, like the rap game Jean-Paul Sartre—I'm the man on the beach, I'm the man with the sand—to howling about vaginas. (He also throws some uncharacteristic shade at biters: These niggas rapping and singing again, is that me and my friends?)
