Watch the Visual for Kitty’s “Marijuana”

Kitty rides a bike through Chinatown in her latest music video.

"I can wait forever if I get what I want," Kitty's ethereal voice weaves through the hook of "Marijuana," a molasses-paced single that repurposes Chrome Sparks' best-known track. The song comes as a B-side from her impatiens EP, released in May, and its visual features Kitty riding a bicycle through New York's Chinatown. No emojis or glitter, just an airy, paranoid Kitty assuring her mom that she's doing great while keeping an eye on the competition. Kind of surreal to think it's been more than two years since we spoke with Kitty outside the US passport office about "Okay Cupid" and rumors that she was dating Danny Brown. Kitty will be touring with Los Angeles band Kitten in July.
