The five-day Decibel Music Festival in Seattle has just announced its second wave of artists performing this year on top of the incredible first slew of musicians previously announced on May 6th. In addition to Anna Lunoe, Baths, Braids, Chet Faker, Com Truise, Groundislava, Kastle, Sango, Simian Mobile Disco, and Sweater Beats, freaky audiovisual duo Arca and Jesse Kanda (the masterminds behind FKA Twigs' sound and visuals) will be performing along with Blue Hawaii, Kaytranada, Oneohtrix Point Never, Tensnake, Tokimonsta and more. Unlike most music festivals, Decibel focuses on electronic musicians with multimedia performances and pristine sound. This year’s festival takes place between September 24th and 28th and will feature workshops on audio and visual technologies in addition to lectures, boat parties, club events, film screenings, galas, and barbecues—all at various locations around Seattle. The first two tiers of tickets have sold out, but for less than the price of Coachella, you can still cop the third tier passes. See the full lineup right here.
