Hear Para One's Party-Strutting Remix of Laura Welsh's "Break the Fall"

Laura Welsh's original "Break the Fall," embedded below, is a lush hit that, to my ears, sounds a bit like a modern-day, brooding-R&B take on Kelly Clarkson's "Miss Independent." (You'll see what I mean.) The London singer, who popped onto our radar early last year with a Dev Hynes-produced heartbreaker, released her self-titled EP last month on iTunes, and here follows up its lead track with a remix by that Parisian, perennial FADER fave Para One. Love his version—feels like stepping into a crowded party and everyone moonwalking out of your way. If you're in the UK, cop the single this week.
