Pearl River Sound's "Remember Every Moment" reminds me of the melodic warmth of kindred-spirit techno producers like Lone—zippy synths that sound like they're coated in gleaming silver, gentle pan pipes eliciting a hallucinatory moan during the song's quieter parts, and a central melody that, if in the right mindset, will put you into a full-on trance. The track's from the Italian producer's new EP on Meda Fury, which sees release on February 16. "'Remember every Moment' is dedicated to my girlfriend," Pearl River Sound told FADER in an email. "The music is to me very similar to photography, and the attempt made with that track was to capture some moments lived with her. Every time I go to listen to that, each frequency shows me a color, and each color composes an image. so that track is a map for something more. It is for sure one of the tracks that most of all it gave me a kind of synesthesia."
