Hourra! Pop Montreal has unveiled the first batch of acts set to perform at this year's "festival international de musique." Hosted by venues all across the city between September 16 to 20, as ever this year's diverse lineup features something for everyone: a dash of disco from genre pioneer Giorgio Moroder, a reunion of 80's punks Babes in Toyland, indie rock stalwarts Built to Spill, outskopen rapper Jean Grae, influential noisemakers Prurient, and some 400(!!) more.
