This summer, sardonic slacker-rocker Mac DeMarco will follow up his 2014 album Salad Days with a so-called "mini-album" called Another One. Already he's shared one track, “The Way You’d Love Her,” and today he is sharing a second, the eight-song project's title-track. It's an effortless and slightly downcast cry to a lover who has slipped into another's orbit—but in classic DeMarco style, he's delivered it with a goodnatured self-made video (above) that finds him channeling MJ.

He delivered the video with this message, shared exclusively with The FADER: "Hi it's Mac D. Here's a love song off my new mini-LP of love songs for you to listen. Sometimes kidding around can change a heart. Be careful! A heart always wants what a heart can't have. Find what you love and hold it close! Knock knock. "

Another One is out August 7 on Captured Tracks.
