Billboard Announces The First Ever Hot 100 Music Festival

Headliners include Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, and more.

Billboard announced the lineup for the inaugural Hot 100 Music Festival today. The headliners: Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, the Weeknd, Skrillex, and Justin Bieber. There will be more than 40 performers in total, including Fetty Wap, Halsey, Santigold, and many, many others. The event takes place at Jones Beach, outside New York City, on August 22 and 23.
