The song and the clip came together in a whirlwind 24 hours.

"Diamonds Last Forever" was the result of an overnight session in the studio. "It was like 3 in the morning," Tommy Swisher explains to FADER in an email. "Everybody was asleep except me and my bro J-Rich, who engineers me. I went in and recorded, and he started mixing on the spot, and I automatically fell in love with it. So much that I call my young homie Quincy at 6:34 in the morning and told him we must shoot a video that day. By 6:30 p.m. I had shot a great video to an interlude i made that morning."

Nar On The Track made the beat for "Diamonds Last Forever;" it's spiky and spare. The visual matches that tone: there's little scenery and hardly any props, aside from a bottle of Bombay Sapphire. Watch above.
