Earlier this week Top Dawg Entertainment C.E.O Anthony Tiffith posted a broad outline of his release strategy to Instagram, along with a promise to drop something new this week. A new Kendrick Lamar project called untitled unmastered. appeared on Spotify On Thursday evening, and will be released on Friday March 4, according to the mobile app.
untitled unmastered. contains eight untitled tracks with dates. Over the past year Lamar has performed many unreleased, untitled tracks from the To Pimp A Butterfly sessions on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon and at The Grammys.

Top Dawg Entertainment's Anthony Tiffith confirmed in an Instagram video caption that “KING KENDRICK returns 2night,” presumably in the form of untitled unmastered.. He also writes that we should “Thank [LeBron James] for this.”
