St. Michael walks off the beaten path in his video for "SPLASH." While roaming through the woods, he takes his voyage one step at a time before encountering a saddened puppet whose emotions mirror the turmoil that St. Michael describes in the song.

He told The FADER over email, "The song and lyrics stands for all ghettos around the world that are losing souls one by one due to police brutality, gang violence & miscommunication. When you hear the word "Splash," it's a reminder to not go with the flow, but to be the flow like water, stay positive, and refrain from hurting people."

"Listening to this song in hindsight blows my mind because I say "Where's Phife at?", not knowing the legend wouldn't be hear today to hear his shout out. Rest in peace Phife Dawg."
