Instagram Reaches Milestone Of 500 Million Monthly Users

Instagram has announced that it has hit 500 million monthly users. Just last September the app was at 400 million per month, Recode reports. In another first for the company, it announced having 300 million daily users, which makes it double the size of Snapchat. It's still a small amount of users compared to the 1.65 billion people that visit Facebook every month.
