There will also be a new video-only section on Twitter.

June 21, 2016

Twitter and Vine announced on Tuesday both apps will support 140 second videos instead of 30 second or six second ones. This new video length will roll out to all Twitter users right away, while Vine power users will get to play around with the longer videos before everyone else. On Vine, the longer videos will hide behind six second previews and users will have the option to hit a "Watch More" button. Recode is reporting that Tweeters will soon be able to utilize a "Watch Mode" which will recommend more videos, taking them away from their timeline.
