Lil Wayne Cut His Set At High Times Festival Short

High Times says it is "awaiting an explanation" after Lil Wayne cut short a headline set at their Medical Cannabis Concentrates Cup event on Saturday night, July 23. The rapper was headlining the San Bernadino, California festival but only performed four songs before leaving the stage. Fan shot footage, which can be seen below, shows Weezy tell an unidentified person offstage, "Don't you ever, ever, ever ask me to do this shit again."

In a statement published by Billboard, High Times said that Wayne was "contractually committed to performing for an hour" at the event and accused him of being "in total disregard for his fans." The FADER has reached out to a rep for Lil Wayne for comment.
